INGREDIENTS:

.5oz (15mL) fresh lime juice

.5oz (15mL) falernum

.5oz (15mL) Pierre Ferrand Dry CuraƧao

1.5oz (45mL) Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry

.75oz (22.5mL) Plantation 3-Star

1-dash Angostura bitters

2-dash Peychaud’s bitters

PREPARATION:

Shake all ingredients over ice, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single Maraschino Cherry.
