INGREDIENTS:

3oz (90mL) pineapple juice

.5oz (15mL) fresh lemon juice

.5oz (15mL) simple syrup

.5oz (15mL) Bols Blue Curaçao

.75oz (22.5mL) Plantation 3-Star

.75oz (22.5mL) Citron Vodka

PREPARATION:

Shake well with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
